Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal breads, pastas, and pastries, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.

Upon arrival, please check your Wildgrain box to ensure all items are frozen and the packaging is intact.
