How does the subscription work?

Wildgrain is a monthly subscription service. You can choose your box type, customize your items, and set your delivery frequency. You can skip a month or cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.

Do I need to thaw the bread or pasta before cooking?

No! All Wildgrain products are designed to be baked or boiled directly from frozen. This ensures the freshest possible taste and texture, with most items ready in 25 minutes or less.

How is the food shipped and kept frozen?

We ship our boxes using eco-friendly insulation and dry ice to ensure your items stay frozen during transit. Even if the dry ice has evaporated by the time it arrives, your food should be cold to the touch and safe to place in your freezer.

Are your products organic or non-GMO?

We prioritize high-quality, clean ingredients. All of our sourdough breads use long-fermentation processes and we use non-GMO flour across our entire product line.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defrosted, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Where do you ship?

Currently, Wildgrain ships to all residential addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.
